Outstanding windows, but even better customer service. Jeff Streeting, the salesman, was extremely caring and conscientious in making sure we got exactly what we were hoping for in terms of design and product. Dave Capaldo, installation manager, was very detail oriented and made sure the install went without a hitch. We had 2 windows with a bad balancer...Jeff AND Dave we're proactive in coming out to our home and getting this resolved for us, which is all we could ask for. Their pride in a job well done and providing an outstanding customer experience was evident throughout the process. Couldn't be happier, and would certainly recommend!
