Project Description
Marvin Elevate Window Replacement Project in Towson Community of Baltimore. Went with Cashmere exterior and prefinished white natural wood interiors. All window grilles/panes were in the Simulated Divided Light design to match the original aesthetic. All previous exterior operable shutter hardware was removed for installation, as ACM re-installed new eye hooks for the shutter rods as part of the work. Exterior stops are to be painted in the same color as the window by the Homeowner's painter. No capping/cladding on exterior in order to preserve the original/historic aesthetic of the window openings. (23) Windows in total that were replaced around the
