Project Description

Historical window replacement project in a historically registered CHAPS home in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore. We opted for the Marvin Ultimate aluminum clad windows with Gunmetal (Bluish) Color to match the existing historical trim and moldings in place. These were factory finished/painted white wood interiors with 7/8' SDL grilles with spacer bars as is required by covenants. On the rear, the Homeowner opted to install the Marvin Essential (All Fiberglass) units since this was not governed by the historical committee.
